With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including 15 years as a nurse specializing in medication management and administration (both oral and intramuscular), and diabetic education. Necole has managed individuals in group homes, residential care, recovery, and long-term care settings. She was also a foster parent for six years, taking care of over ten children. Necole has been married to her husband William for 27 years and has two children, Aaron and Arianna, as well as her bonus son Jabari. She is also blessed with two grandchildren, Kynlee and Ariell. Necole enjoys traveling, shopping, and attending family gatherings in her free time.
