Necole Strong is the President and CEO of Meadow Grass Transitional Living. She earned a bachelor's degree in health service administration from Bryant & Stratton College in Milwaukee, WI, and a Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing from Milwaukee Area Technical College. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including 15 years as a nurse specializing in medication management and administration (both oral and intramuscular), and diabetic education. Necole has managed individuals in group homes, residential care, recovery, and long-term care settings. She was also a foster parent for six years, taking care of over ten children. Necole has been married to her husband William for 27 years and has two children, Aaron and Arianna, as well as her bonus son Jabari. She is also blessed with two grandchildren, Kynlee and Ariell. Necole enjoys traveling, shopping, and attending family gatherings in her free time.

Arianna Winters is the Director and Secretary of Meadow Grass TL. She is a proud mother of two beautiful girls, Ariell and Kynlee Winters. Although she was born in Wisconsin, she currently lives in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, where she has been residing for the past three years. She is committed to making a difference in this community, starting with her business.

Arianna has over 14 years of experience in the security industry, having worked in security at a community hospital where she was trained in CPR and CPI training. Additionally, she graduated from college in Wisconsin with a Barber/Cosmetology certificate. She believes that her security skills will be extremely helpful in keeping women and the home safe and secure. Also, her skills in the cosmetology field will be a great asset because she can help with self-care, self-love security, and self-esteem as they transition back into the community while taking on their new journey in life.

Nakia Bolden is an accomplished professional with a robust background in Human Resources, specializing in benefits management at Arkansas Children's Hospital, where she has dedicated over five years of her career. Her qualifications include certifications as a Certified Medical Coder and Absence Management Specialist, as well as holding a degree from LOMA with a focus on life insurance.

With a remarkable track record of more than 25 years in the non-profit sector, Nakia has assumed various leadership roles, including Vice-President, Membership Committee Chair, Program Director, Secretary, Treasurer, and active participation in numerous committees. During her tenure as Vice-President, she successfully secured two essential grants for the organization, demonstrating her exceptional grant-writing skills. In her role as Membership Committee Chair, Nakia achieved a remarkable membership growth of over 400% while fostering a community of trained and dedicated individuals prepared to serve their community effectively.  Beyond her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Nakia enjoys hosting events, podcasting, reading, crafting short stories, and traveling
